Kings Plaza mall was under siege once again as rowdy teens went berserk Monday afternoon, two months after hundreds of teens trashed the same Brooklyn outlet in a wild flash mob.
“I saw a bunch of kids running around,” Shaina Rene, 17, sales associate at Aeropostale. “They got chased out by police. There was about a hundred of them”
Nervous shoppers took to social media to complain about the ruckus and heavy police response.
“Pretty sure it was a riot,” tweeted Jalen Barone. “Everyone was closing their stores, screaming too, mobs of kids running cops everywhere.”
Clerks at the mall said that security was prepared after a similar mass mob that took place the day after Christmas.“They couldn’t get in the store,” Rene said. “Security was blocking the entrance.”
In December, about 400 crazed teenserupted in brawls all over the Brooklyn shopping center.
The thugs looted and ransacked a number of stores in a melee that was caught on video.
