Drake Disses Macklemore’s Apology
After Macklemore walked off the stage with his Grammy for Best New Rap Artist on Jan. 26, he made a deliberate effort to let everyone know that there were other rap artists that should have walked away with some golden hardware of their own.

The “Thrift Shop” rapper then took a screen shot of the text message, and posted it on Instagram.

According to Drake, making it public took all the sincerity out of the apology. “That s–t was wack as f–k,” Drake tells Rolling Stone in the new issue of the magazine, which is set to hit newsstands Feb. 14.
Drake went on to say, “It felt cheap. It didn’t feel genuine.”
Drake didn’t stop there, and continued to hammer home his point about how Macklemore should have handled himself.
“Take Your W, and if you feel you don’t deserve it, go get better — make better music,” Drake tells Rolling Stone.
