A pedestrian was hit on Interstate 65 in Franklin.
According to Franklin Police, a driver had a seizure before striking the center wall.
A good Samaritan stopped to help, but the vehicle dragged that person as the driver of the crashed vehicle had a second seizure.
The good Samaritan was airlifted to Vanderbilt Medical Center, and the seizure victim was taken by ambulance.
The left two lanes are closed for investigation, and drivers should expect long delays.
